Villa Camellia, newly built in 2023, leaves nothing to be desired and allows you to spend a quiet holiday in complete privacy while having all the amenities of a small coastal town nearby. Built slightly on a slope and on the green edge of the settlement, you have a wonderful view of the Gulf of Kissamos. Shopping, taverns and medical services can be reached in less than 5 minutes.
The designer villa impressively combines functionality with the charm of a Mediterranean way of life. All 5 bedrooms face the sea and have a private en-suite shower room. 4 bedrooms are attached to the main house, while a small, separate bungalow with its own kitchen provides the 5th sleeping area.
The center of the house consists of the kitchen, living-dining room and the terrace area with outdoor dining and BBQ. The large glass sliding doors enable a harmonious expansion of the indoor and outdoor areas.
The exceptionally large pool has a 20m long swimming lane and, with its wooden lounger islands, invites you to spend long, relaxing hours by the water.
All rooms have air conditioning, TV screens and internet. We are happy to provide the first welcome breakfast.
