The 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning, and 2 bathrooms are located on the ground floor of the villa. On the upper floor is the writing office space and other outdoor terraces with stunning sea views. The Seaside House sleeps 6 people.
On the sheltered southern side of the house is a gated 12m by 4m swimming pool, and an attached shallow (60cm deep) children’s play pool.
The villa is only 20 minutes by car from the beach of Elafonisi. It is the perfect base from which to explore the beauty of Western Crete as well as a beautiful holiday home to linger and relax.
Minimum stay 7 nights, seasonal price range 1.900-2.800 euros per week.
